The products offered are limited-edition activewear and accessories.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are exempt from VAT.

Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.

Yulii Fitwear reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Once validated and paid for, an order is considered final and binding.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

Yulii Fitwear cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

8. Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Be unworn and unwashed

- Have all original tags attached

- Be returned in perfect condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws, returns may be refused for:

- Worn or used products

- Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

- Personalized or custom-made products

Limited-edition products may be subject to additional return restrictions.

10. Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted subject to stock availability.

Due to the limited nature of our collections, availability cannot be guaranteed.
